Asian African Real Estate Awards

Post COVID era has seen an unprecedented surge in the real estate sector across the nation. Moreover, this time, its not only the metros but the small and medium cities too who have acknowledged to have seen a major rush in real estate recently both in residential as well as in commercial properties. This looks astonishing because this was one of the industries that were hit very badly during the COVID pandemic. Looking at the brilliant prospects that this sector is showing and to give wings to the initiative, AACCI has, for the first time, included a special category of awards, “Asian African Real Estate Awards” to be bestowed upon the luminaries of Real Estate sector during its annual flagship event, “4th Asian African Leadership Summit, 2022” to be held in New Delhi on 24th April, 2022.

Asian African Gems & Jewellery Awards

Since older times, India is known as the ‘Sone Ki Chidiya’ or the ‘Golden Bird’ not only for its profusion in culture & tradition, rich heritage, and breath-taking art & architecture but also because of abundance of gold. India has always been considered rich in Gems & Jewellery segment. With a market size of $13 billion, the Indian jewellery market is 2nd largest in the world, lagging just behind the US market which is at $40 billion and ahead of China which is at $11 billion.

However, growth in gems and jewellery sector has largely been attributed to large & established retailers and brands which usually guide and drive the organised market and open opportunities for growth. India’s gems and jewellery sector is one of the largest in the world, contributing 29 per cent to the global jewellery consumption. Based on its potential for growth and value addition, the Government declared gems and jewellery sector as a focus area for export promotion. The Government has undertaken various measures recently to promote investment and upgrade technology and skills to promote ‘Brand India’ in the international market.

Looking at the brilliant prospects that this sector is showing and in recognition of the business excellence demonstrated by companies that are helping to strengthen ‘Brand India’, AACCI has, for the first time, included a special category of awards, “Asian African Gems & Jewellery Awards” to be bestowed upon the luminaries of Gems & Jewellery sector during its annual flagship event, “4th Asian African Leadership Summit, 2022” to be held in New Delhi on 24th April, 2022.
